We got great value for our money at Clematis Cottage. The room was cozy and well-appointed, with beautiful views from the windows. The location was perfect, close to the river and surrounded by fine countryside. The staff treated us very well, we had a comfortable stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from more variety.

The location of the cottage was perfect, with beautiful views of the river and hills. the nearby Red Lion pub and tea room were conveniently close, and there were plenty of opportunities for scenic walks along the river. the bathroom was excellent, and the living room and dining room were both spacious and comfortable.
We had to go out and buy heaters ourselves.

During my recent travel, I had the opportunity to stay at Clematis Cottage in Burnsall. As a frequent traveler, one of the advantages of this accommodation was its convenient location. Situated just 35km from the nearest airport, it was the perfect choice for a transit stay. the cottage itself was cozy and comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere for a short stay.
I found the mattresses to be slightly uneven, which affected the quality of sleep.
